How do I tell you what I want changed?
Reply to your receipt. It arrives straight after you pay and it goes to a real inbox that a person reads. Tell us in plain words what is bothering you and we will handle it. If you are not sure what needs fixing, say “have a look” and we will tell you what we would clean up.
How long does it take?
Most logos come back within 24 hours. Your automated files are in your account immediately, so you are never waiting on us to have something usable.
What if I do not like what comes back?
You get up to 3 rounds of changes. Reply again and tell us what is still off.
Is this different from just buying the files?
Yes. The cheaper packages are fully automatic: you get the same trace in more formats, immediately. This is the only option where a person opens your file and works on it.
What files do I get?
A print ready vector PDF, a 300 dpi transparent PNG, SVG and JPG, plus stacked, horizontal and icon only versions, and a branding kit listing your exact colors and fonts.
Is this a one-time payment?
