Why do I need high resolution files?
High-resolution files are required for any professional use of your logo: printing business cards, signs, t-shirts, packaging, and large-format displays. Low-resolution images blur when scaled up. You'll want vector files (SVG, PDF) for anything that needs to scale.

High-resolution files are large, sharp versions of your logo that look great printed or displayed at any size. You get transparent PNG (web), JPEG, SVG (scalable vector), and PDF (print-ready) so your logo works everywhere.

What payment methods can I use?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe — the same secure processor used by Amazon, Google, and Shopify. Your card information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
How quickly will I receive my high-resolution files?
Immediately. Once your payment goes through, your files are generated and become available in your account within a minute. You'll get an email confirmation with a link to your downloads.

Yes. Our Manhattan Beach, CA design team is available by email and phone at (310) 796-9194. Pro and Business packages include hands-on design help — if your logo isn't quite right, we'll personally refine it for you.
How do I use my AI credits?
AI credits are used in the LogoMakr canvas to generate or modify logos with AI. After purchase, your credits show up in your account and can be used any time — no expiration.
