What happens right after I order?
You get an email within a few minutes with a short questionnaire. It asks what your business does, who you help, and how people should contact you. It takes about ten minutes. Send it back and your five days start.
What do I need to send you?
Your logo draft from our maker, and your answers to that short questionnaire. That is it. If you have photos or a domain already, send those too. If you do not, we will tell you exactly what to do. You never have to write the website yourself.
How fast will my website be live?
Five business days from the day you send your answers back. Not five weeks. If we are ever going to be late, we tell you before the date, not after.
Can I request changes when I see my logo and site?
Yes. You get unlimited revisions until you are happy. Reply to the email in plain words and tell us what to change. Most people ask for one or two small things.
What if I do not have a domain yet?
That is normal and it is not a problem. We will tell you which one to buy, where to buy it, and what it costs, usually around $12 a year. Then we put your site on it for you. You own the domain, not us.
Where does my website live after it is built?
That part is your choice. You can host it anywhere you like, with any company you want, and we hand it over set up and ready to go. Or leave it with us and we take care of the hosting, updates and backups for $250 a year. Either way the web address is yours and you are never locked in.
What if I am not sure my logo is good enough to finish?
Send it anyway. Finishing it is our job. A designer cleans up the shapes, fixes the spacing and rebuilds it properly. If your draft is rough, say so and we will show you a cleaned up version first.
What if I need help after my site is live?
Email us or call (310) 796-9194. You are talking to the same team that built it. Your files and your site are yours to keep, with nothing to renew and nothing that shuts off.
