Accounts, Payments and AI Features

Your account

When you create an account we collect your email address and, if you choose, your name. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We never see your Google password.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. Your card details go directly to them and are never stored on our servers. We keep a record of your orders (what you bought, the amount, the date and your country) for accounting and support.

Your designs and AI icons

We store the designs you save and the files you upload so you can come back to them. When you use our AI tools, the description you type, your logo name and the type of business you mention are sent to our AI service providers to create ideas and icons. The icons you make are saved in your account history. We do not use your designs to train AI models.

Emails

If you ask for a free download, we email the file to the address you give us. We may also send you product updates and offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop at any time. We will still send messages about your orders and account.

Transfer Of Data

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.

We keep your account information while your account is open. Saved designs are kept as described in our Terms of Use (generally about 3 to 6 months). Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting laws require. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep it by law.
