You put your logo on a colored web page, a dark shirt or a slide, and there it is: the white box. Or the grey-and-white checkerboard. If the logo came from ChatGPT, Gemini or another AI tool, that checkerboard is the tool's idea of transparency: it learned what transparent images look like from screenshots of design software and painted the pattern in as pixels. Nothing in that file is actually see-through.
