THE PROOF
Both files started as the same logo JPG, the kind you have on your website or business card. The left is what the printer received. The right is the vector we traced from it. This is the file they were asking for.
Real output, real zoom. Vector edges stay mathematical paths; raster edges turn into squares.
THE PROBLEM
A JPG or PNG is a grid of colored dots. Fine on a screen, but stretch it across a banner, a truck door or a shop sign and every dot becomes a visible square. A vector file (SVG, EPS, AI or a vector PDF) describes the logo as shapes and curves instead, so it prints razor sharp at any size. Vinyl cutters, embroidery digitizers and screen printers cannot work from dots at all; they need the shapes.
The usual story: the logo was made years ago, the designer is gone, and all that survives is the JPG on the website or the version on a business card. Sending a bigger PNG does not help. Renaming the JPG to .eps does not help. Your printer will ask again, and the job waits.
This tool traces the logo you have into real shapes. Every color goes on its own editable layer, the background comes off and you get a clean SVG in about ten seconds, with a print-ready PDF and EPS in the paid package. If the JPG is very small or rough, our design team can redraw it by hand for $120 with unlimited revisions, and you get the same files.
